YANICK HOULE

Founder of the eponymous law firm, Yanick Houle worked for ten years as a partner of Clyde & Co law firm, in its London and Paris offices, before working as an associate for HMN & Partners.

 

He graduated in private and insurance law (PGD Insurance – Institut des Assurances de Paris) from the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2000.

 

He specializes in insurance and reinsurance, construction, industrial risks, special risks (jewellery, art), tourism law and juvenile law.

VIRGINIE THOMAS
After studying private law, Maître Virginie Thomas, a member of the Paris Bar since 2011, graduated in public litigation law from the University of Versailles, after a university course in private law. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2011.

Maître Jessica Masset obtained a Masters’ degree in private law from the University of Paris I Sorbonne .

 

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009.

ANNE-LAURE ROSENWALD
Anne-Laure Rosenwald graduated in companies criminal law at Versailles University and in private law, specialising in legal careers and criminal sciences at the University Jean Moulin in Lyon.

 

She/Maître Anne-Laure Rosenwald has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2009 and a member of the Québec’s Bar since 2013.

AURÉLIE ROOS

After studying law for one year at the University Panthéon-Assas, Ms Aurélie Roos obtained a “BTS d’Assistante de Direction” (a Business Assistant HND) certificate allowing her to be assistant-director at the Institut des Techniques Commericales of Paris.

 

Before joining the law firm as a legal assistant, Ms Aurélie Roos worked as an assistant at Raffin & Associés.
